Our Mission. Our mission is to use wisely and responsibly all resources entrusted to us in order to enrich the lives of diverse populations primarily in the areas of the Arts and Culture, Education, the Community and the Environment.

Our Vision. The Benedict Foundation envisions a future in which we have made significant contributions to enriching lives through support of the arts; facilitating further education in under-endowed areas through monetary awards; fulfilling our commitment to community service by sponsoring workshops, seminars and other informational opportunities; and playing a role in protecting the environment by encouraging and assisting in preserving native plants.
